  • Generate new leads from different resources.
  • Make initial customer contact through visits or calls.
  • Identify each potential customer’s needs.
  • Plan and schedule client meetings along with pre-sales team for the product demo & POC.
  • Send MOM (Minutes of Meeting) to the client after each meeting looping sales manager and ISR.
  • Coordinate with Internal Team/ Vendor/Partner/OEM to fulfil customer need.
  • Knowledge transfer with Customer & internal team members.
  • Co-ordinate with proposal department .Formulate and send business proposals according to customers’ business needs.
  • Co-ordinate for closure. Collect outstanding payment details of your clients from Accounts department and take a strong follow up for the payment.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and attend review meetings.
  • Understand the company portfolio and do self-study on the products.
    • Education:
    • Bachelor Degree or equivalent (preferably in IT)
    • Experience: 1-2 years
